Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation \u2013 GDPR).<\/p><p data-start=\"944\" data-end=\"1149\">Any words or expressions written in this Privacy Policy with a following cases:<\/p><ul data-start=\"172\" data-end=\"1236\"><li data-start=\"172\" data-end=\"439\"><p data-start=\"174\" data-end=\"439\">Account registration in the Store \u2013 for the purpose of creating and managing an individual account, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract for the provision of electronic services in accordance with the Store\u2019s Terms and Conditions).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"440\" data-end=\"603\"><p data-start=\"442\" data-end=\"603\">Placing an Order in the Store \u2013 for the purpose of performing the Sales Agreement, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a sales contract).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"604\" data-end=\"808\"><p data-start=\"606\" data-end=\"808\">Newsletter subscription \u2013 for the purpose of sending commercial information by electronic means. Personal data is processed after obtaining separate consent, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"809\" data-end=\"1063\"><p data-start=\"811\" data-end=\"1063\">Using the Review System \u2013 to enable the Customer to express their opinion about the Product purchased in the Store and the Sales Agreement concluded with the Seller, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the entrepreneur).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1064\" data-end=\"1236\"><p data-start=\"1066\" data-end=\"1236\">Using the Contact Form \u2013 for the purpose of sending a message to the Administrator, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the entrepreneur).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1243\" data-end=\"1341\">TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED<br data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1281\" \/>The Service User provides the following data in the case of:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1343\" data-end=\"1675\"><li data-start=\"1343\" data-end=\"1373\"><p data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1373\">Account: email address<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1374\" data-end=\"1482\"><p data-start=\"1376\" data-end=\"1482\">Order: first name and surname, address, Tax Identification Number (NIP), email address, phone number<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1483\" data-end=\"1540\"><p data-start=\"1485\" data-end=\"1540\">Newsletter: first name and surname, email address<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1541\" data-end=\"1601\"><p data-start=\"1543\" data-end=\"1601\">Review System: first name and surname, email address<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1602\" data-end=\"1675\"><p data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1675\">Contact Form: first name and surname, email address, phone number<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1682\" data-end=\"1776\">DATA RETENTION PERIOD<br data-start=\"1707\" data-end=\"1710\" \/>The personal data of Service Users is stored by the Administrator:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1778\" data-end=\"2558\"><li data-start=\"1778\" data-end=\"2151\"><p data-start=\"1780\" data-end=\"2151\">When processing is based on contract performance \u2013 for as long as necessary to perform the contract, and thereafter for a period corresponding to the limitation period for claims. Unless otherwise provided by specific regulations, the limitation period is six years, and for claims concerning periodic benefits and claims related to business activities \u2013 three years.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2155\" data-end=\"2558\"><p data-start=\"2157\" data-end=\"2558\">When processing is based on consent \u2013 until the consent is withdrawn, and after its withdrawal for a period corresponding to the limitation period for claims that may be raised by or against the Administrator. Unless otherwise provided by specific regulations, the limitation period is six years, and for claims concerning periodic benefits and claims related to business activities \u2013 three years.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2565\" data-end=\"2818\">While using the Store, additional information may be collected, in particular: the IP address assigned to the Service User\u2019s computer or the external IP address of the Internet provider, domain name, browser type, access time, and operating system type.<\/p><p data-start=\"2820\" data-end=\"3349\">After giving separate consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, data may also be processed for the purpose of sending commercial information by electronic means or making telephone calls for direct marketing purposes \u2013 respectively in connection with Article 10(2) of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services or Article 172(1) of the Act of 16 July 2004 \u2013 Telecommunications Law, including marketing carried out as a result of profiling, provided that the Service User has given appropriate consent.<\/p><p data-start=\"3351\" data-end=\"3760\">Navigation data may also be collected from Service Users, including information about links and references they choose to click or other activities undertaken in the Store. The legal basis for such activities is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), consisting in facilitating the use of services provided electronically and improving the functionality of these services.<\/p><p data-start=\"3762\" data-end=\"3819\">Providing personal data by the Service User is voluntary.<\/p><p data-start=\"3821\" data-end=\"3968\">The Administrator exercises special care to protect the interests of data subjects and, in particular, ensures that the data collected by them are:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3970\" data-end=\"4349\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><li data-start=\"3970\" data-end=\"3993\"><p data-start=\"3972\" data-end=\"3993\">processed lawfully,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3994\" data-end=\"4110\"><p data-start=\"3996\" data-end=\"4110\">collected for specified, lawful purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes,<\/p><\/li><li provider,<\/li><li data-start=\"332\" data-end=\"385\">providers of software enabling business operations,<\/li><li data-start=\"388\" data-end=\"425\">entities providing mailing systems,<\/li><li data-start=\"428\" data-end=\"490\">providers of software necessary to operate the online store.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"492\" data-end=\"875\">Service providers (referred to in point 1 of this paragraph) to whom personal data is transferred \u2013 depending on contractual arrangements and circumstances \u2013 either act on the instructions of the Administrator with regard to the purposes and methods of processing such data (data processors) or independently determine the purposes and methods of their processing (data controllers).<\/p><p data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"1045\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The personal data of Service Users is stored exclusively within the territory of the European Economic Area (EEA), subject to \u00a7 5 point 5 and \u00a7 data-end=\"488\">Right to rectification \u2013 Article 16 of the GDPR<\/li><li data-start=\"491\" data-end=\"568\">Right to erasure (the \u201cright to be forgotten\u201d) \u2013 Article 17 of the GDPR<\/li><li data-start=\"571\" data-end=\"636\">Right to restriction of processing \u2013 Article 18 of the GDPR<\/li><li data-start=\"639\" data-end=\"695\">Right to data portability \u2013 Article However, if\u2014due to the complex nature of the request or the number of requests\u2014the Administrator is unable to comply within one month, the request shall be fulfilled within a further two months. Cookies contain information essential for the proper functioning of the website and also enable the preparation of general statistics regarding website visits.<\/p><p data-start=\"316\" data-end=\"407\">Two types of \u201ccookies\u201d are used on the website: \u201csession\u201d and \u201cpersistent\u201d cookies.<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"411\" data-end=\"532\">Session cookies are temporary files stored on the Service User\u2019s end device until they log out (leave the website).<\/li><li data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"700\">Persistent cookies are stored on the Service User\u2019s end device for the period specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the Service User.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"702\" data-end=\"1178\">The Administrator uses its own cookies to better understand how Service Users interact with the website\u2019s content. These files collect information about how the Service User uses the website, the type of website from which the Service User was redirected, as well as the number of visits and the duration of the Service User\u2019s visit to the website. This information does not record specific personal data of the Service User but is used to compile statistics on website usage.<\/p><p data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1387\">The Administrator also uses external cookies to collect general and anonymous statistical data through analytical tools such as Google Analytics (external cookie administrator: Google LLC, based in the USA).<\/p><p data-start=\"1389\" data-end=\"1672\">Cookies may also be used by advertising networks (in particular the Google network) to display advertisements tailored to the way the Service User uses the Store.
