Banana Buckwheat pancakes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Buckwheat is the perfect ingredient to make pancakes gluten free, also it has a very nice nutty taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Servings:<\/strong> 2-3<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cooking time:<\/strong> 30 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • 1 cup Buckwheat flour <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 2 Bananas<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 2 eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 1 cup water<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Olive oil for coating the pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 1 cup blueberries<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 4 spoon honey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Mash the bananas in a bowl, try to use ripe bananas, it will give the sweet taste to the pancakes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Add the eggs and mix with the bananas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Them add the water, the buckwheat flour and cinnamon in the bowl, and mix them with the eggs and bananas, use a fork to stir until you no longer see clumps of flour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Put a small amount of vegetable oil on the pan with a paper towel to coat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Ladle the batter onto the hot surface to the desired size, reduce the heat to medium low.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. When the edges look dry, and bubbles start to appear and pop on the top surface of the pancake, turn over (it takes approximately 2 minutes). Then cook another 2 minutes the other side of the pancake.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7.  Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings, for this recipe we use honey and blueberries. Another example of delicious toppings is goat cheese with honey and nuts.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
